Maria has worked at Google, at BCG in strategy consulting as well as in the online startup world. Virtual networking has been an inherent part of her job from the get-go. Working in international teams made this imperative from the start. In agile environments, she has professionalized many of the habits she had learned naturally: Cooperation and team leadership using virtual tools along with efficient decision management even through informal channels make her daily work efficient and, at the same time, almost as personal as in person. As founder of Virtual Academy, she manages the company.
Huria Ogbamichael,
Content & Operations
Huria was an employee of the United Nations for 15 years and thereby has extensive experience in working with globally operating organizations. As an in-house consultant for change management and policy development, she was responsible for networking cross-regional and cross-organizational teams and working groups based in crisis regions and at headquarters located worldwide. As an organizational developer and coach, Huria is responsible for content.
Anja Löhning - CFA,
Finance, Sales & Marketing
Anja has been working for international corporations and medium-sized companies for 20 years. She has worked for Goldman Sachs, global banks and as a consultant in the field of corporate finance. She also provides us with her diverse professional experience in the development of start-up companies. She has been working remotely for a long time due to of her residing location. Over the years, she has developed a specialized approach to this. At Virtual Academy, she is responsible for the fields of finance, sales and marketing.
Uli Kremer,
IT, Design & User Experience
Uli has worked in systems development and consulting for over 25 years with a focus on usability and user experience. He has supported teams for UI/UX in the redevelopment of communication portals and considers ease of use for the user to be a top priority. In doing so, he has gained a lot of experience in virtual communication in agile teams. At Virtual Academy he is responsible for IT, Design & User Experience.
